How do you Know Which Bearing to Buy?

Bearings are essential components in any car and if you need a new one, buying it can be easier said than done. There are so many different bearings on the market – how do you know if you need a contact ball bearing, a housed bearing unit, or a spherical plain bearing? You can easily buy bearings online but this doesn’t mean you will be able to find exactly what you need.

If you have a problem with your vehicle, it’s worth talking to a mechanic and finding out the exact cause. It’s never a good idea to tamper with your vehicle yourself. If you need new bearings, the mechanic can either tell you what to order and how to fit it, or they can order parts in for you and fit them.
