What Could be Wrong with your Car?
On September 30, 2017 by DwightHearing noises and smelling strange smells is never good when it comes to your car. It always indicates that something could be going wrong, which may always be costly. Here are some of the most common issues you could experience with your car:
- Old brake pads. If you hear your car squeaking when you brake or pulling to one side slightly, this could be the cause of the issue. Get them checked quickly before they wear down completely and cause issues with the brakes.
- Cambelt. Listen out for ticking noises inside the engine and leaking fluid that turns out to be oil. Cambelt changes can be expensive, so if your car is old it may not be worth the repair work.
- Air conditioning failure. Now that most cars have air con, this is one of the most common causes for concern. Air conditioning units regularly fail or need a complete recharge.
